Emperical Consultants was founded in 2007 by development professionals working in social economic sectors in Kenya. Our mission is to support countries and organizations to achieve their development goals by building their capacities. The professionals that form Emperical have extensive expertise in social and economic development, planning, Research and Training, change management and monitoring and evaluation. Empirical leverages the expertise of these professionals to support the public, civil society and private sectors to effectively contribute to the realization of national development goals of respective countries.
We work with governments, development partners, international agencies and civil society, in Sub Saharan Africa and regional and global development assistance frameworks. We strive at all times to listen, appreciate and deliver on the expectations of our clients. To add value to our work, we adopt client-centered methodologies, which emphasize client ownership of what we do.
